    Tasting Notes

    Colour: Deep golden amber with polished copper highlights.

    Nose: Ripe pineapple, raisins and creamy vanilla, followed by cashew nuts, honey, cinnamon and mature oak.

    Palate: Rich and creamy, with tropical fruit, vanilla, milk chocolate and roasted nuts supported by warming cinnamon and polished bourbon-cask oak.

    Finish: Long and warming, with lingering pineapple, raisins, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and gently drying oak.
