CAN I SEND A GIFT INCLUDING A MESSAGE?

  1. You certainly can! During checkout you are required to provide a billing address. If the shipping address is different, just tick the box stating “Ship to a different address?” and you can enter the shipping address.
  2. Write your message (the gift note message) in the note box on the checkout page. If you miss this step, just contact our customer service team and we can add a message in for you, as long as you get in touch before the order is dispatched.
  3. Don’t worry if you’re sending your order as a gift – we don’t include any paper invoices unless specifically requested.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

We send your order confirmation to the email address given at the checkout, and this should wing its way to you within minutes of the order completion.

If you can’t find your email, do double-check your junk folder. And do add us to your safe senders list – we promise we’ll never spam you!

For orders abroad we always send pictures of your bottle(s) before we send the order abroad. The reason we send the pictures is to double check with customers that everything is correct before we send the bottle(s) abroad.

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING?

  • Once you have checked out your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order.
  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
  • For orders abroad we always send pictures of your bottle(s) before we send the order abroad. The reason we send the pictures is to double check with customers that everything is correct before we send the bottle(s) abroad.

HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER

    At the moment cancellation of your order is not available online, but feel free to call us (08:30 until 23:00 local time)
  2. Modification of your order
    After the order submission no changes can be made online, but feel free to Contact us

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Our delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and the option selected at the checkout.

  • Within Cyprus delivery can be made within 1-2 working days – we’ll email tracking information which will be updated when your order is out for delivery.
  • Live outside of Cyprus?
    Worldwide deliveries can be made within 7-15 working days but with COVID-19 that may vary.

DO YOU DEDUCT VAT ON ORDERS BEING SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU?

Yes. Orders delivered to countries outside the EU will not have VAT (CYPRUS Tax) charged on the purchase. Please note that depending on your order and the country the parcel is heading to, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. We can’t accept liability for these.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP WHERE I CAN PLACE AND COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes! You can visit our retail shop in Paphos, Cyprus, where you can order all the items available online and even have them hand-delivered to you!

If you’re planning to pay us a visit, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • It’s a great idea to let us know in advance which bottles you’re interested in so that we can have them prepared for you. Due to limited space, we don’t display all items on our shop shelves.
  • Our shop’s opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays.
