We bring together the finest ingredients to create a natural spirit before the passing of time imparts the wonderful flavour from our handcrafted casks. Add to this the fusion of skilled craftsmen and a tenacious obsession with quality and you arrive at our Famous, rich, sweet, well-rounded whisky.
An interesting addition to the Famous Grouse range, this was aged in first fill sherry casks, and is based around malt whisky from Highland Park and Macallan. Packaged very simply, this is a superb value-for-money blend.
The Traditional Cyprus Orange Liqueur. A subtle blend of sun-ripened oranges with aromatic herbs from the hillsides, handed down since the Venetian era. Tangy but mellow warmly golden, distinctively Cypriot.

Fireball Cinnamon Whisky is one of the most popular and famous whiskies in America. The drink was first produced in the 1980s, and over the years, it slowly became popular in Canada and outside the country.
This is a bottle Glen Ord’s delicious Highland single malt Scotch whisky that was matured for 12 years before it was bottled and released back in the 1990s.

Gelenfarclas 105 Cask Strength doesn’t carry an age statement, but there are any suggestions that it is matured for 8-10 years in a combination of both ex-sherry an ex-bourbon barrels. Drying and rich it makes for a superb dram, one the Malt Maniacs rated as the best „Bang for your buck“ whisky in 2004. It is an excellent whisky with aromas of spices, citrus fruits and oloroso sherry. It introduces a world of flavours and make a fiery and strong experience.
Glenfarclas 105 is a superb cask strength whisky, with a history that can be traced to 1968. When the original incarnation was released that year, Glenfarclas became the first distillery to release a barrel proof single malt whisky.
The bottling was eventually re-named to 105, referring to its alcohol content in British Proof, which equates now to 60% ABV.
The 105 doesn’t carry an age statement presently, making it rare among Glenfarclas bottlings. Although, there are suggestions that it is matured for 8-10 years in a combination of both ex-sherry and ex-bourbon barrels.
Drying, assertive and richly spiced, the 105 makes for a superb dram, one the Malt Maniacs rated as the best “Bang for your buck” whisky in 2004. Add a drop of water if you please to explore its depth – and don’t be put off by that ABV, there’s plenty of flavour here to enjoy.

Quite rightly seen as a benchmark for well aged Sherry Cask matured whisky. Most distilleries scaled back production in the 1970’s and 80’s, but the Grant family had the foresight to keep the stills running. As a result, they have access to some of the best stocks of old whisky in the business, and are able to offer them at jaw droppingly reasonable prices.

Hine Rare VSOP is a blend of Grande and Petite Champagnes (60% is the former). This is what’s known as a Fine Champagne. The cognac is aged from between 6 and 12 years, with most being around 8 years old. It is a stunning cognac with an excellent delivery. It was first blended by the eponymous Thomas Hine.
The Authentic Italian Amaretto since 1851, is still produced and bottled in Saronno, Italy, according to an old and unique formula: the infusion of the famous cookies “Amaretti di Saronno” in alcohol.

The original recipe from the 1800’s called the liqueur – Anisette. Today, Lazzaroni Sambuca is produced according to this old formulation. Described as Old No. 7 whiskey with the heat and spice of a red hot cinnamon liqueur, Tennessee Fire was the second flavored whiskey Jack Daniel’s released in a 3 year period, with Tennessee Honey in 2011 being the first.
Offered at 70 proof and in a variety of sizes, this whiskey first became available in April of 2014. A blended Irish whiskey here from the Kinahan’s range, which was originally established all the way back in 1779! Over the years Kinahan’s received two royal warrants and became the whiskey of choice for legendary American bartender Jerry Thomas. It disappeared during the 1900s, however, but it’s recently been relaunched on the very same street in Dublin where it was founded all the way back then – Trinity Street.
Tasting Notes
