Absinthe Rodnik’s Cannabis differs from traditional absinthe for two main reasons. First, it is produced in Spain and includes an unmistakable Mediterranean twist thanks to the addition of local plants to the recipe. Second, it incorporates cannabis in its distillation which flavours the absinthe with a distinctive taste of hemp. While Absinthe Rodnik’s Cannabis does not have similar effects to cannabis, the alcohol content of the green fairy remains high as ever.

Rodnik’s absinthe has a softer anise aroma than it’s French homonym, which makes it ideal for long drinks and cocktails. Rodnik became the first Spaniard to redevelop the making of absinthe.
Rodnik’s Absinthe is an authentic Absinthe distilled in Spain from the finest Mediterranean plants and herbs. High in wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) content, it is aromatic and smooth to the taste.

With over a 100 years of family tradition and history, this hand-crafted recipe is unrivaled in taste and flavour. Made from locally grown organic sorghum and 68 medical herbs, Rong Tai He contains 100% natural ingredients and can only be produced in the town of Moutai in the Guizhou Province thanks to the town’s unique micro climate and rich micronutrients found in the water source from Chishui River.
The ancient distillery process takes a minimum of 5 years, during which the clear spirit goes through 9 rounds of steaming, 8 rounds of fermentation in stone brick pits and 7 separate distillation extractions before ageing in round ceramic pots till perfection.

Distiller’s Choice 2021” is a distillate of the 2017 harvest, matured for three years in barrels #38 and #39.
These are spirit, heavy-toasted, French barrels of a capacity of 200 litres, which are used for the first time.
The French barrels used by the Kardasi Distillery are also usually included in the blending process of the “kardasi tsipouro aged” along with American barrels maturing in the family cellar under controlled temperature and humidity conditions.
The content of these barrels has been selected by the distiller and filled into 536 bottles.
The primary floral aromas of the distillate were enriched with the fine aromas of French oak.
The final product is a fine, fatty, buttery distillate with the characteristic aromas of citrus, roasted nuts, spices, dried plum, and a slightly sweet cinnamon aftertaste.
The elegant, luxury case was especially designed for these 536 bottles, since this distillate was launched in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Kardasi Distillery.
Classic tsipouro grape marc spirit or pomace brandy from Thessaly. This is the ‘is with anise’ version.
