Shipping Information

• Cyprus: Usually orders dispatch same day and deliver in 24 hours via GAP Akis Express for Cyprus. Door to Door delivery is restricted based on these Post Codes. All the rest the shipments for post codes excluded from the list must be collected from the nearest GAP Akis Express shop.
• Europe and Rest World:
  • Delivery via Interconnect Premium Service (EPG): Courier within 7-14 working days for Europe Only.
  • Delivery via EMS Courier within 4-7 working days for Europe and for rest of the world within 7-14 working days.
  • Delivery via UPS Courier within 1-2 working days for Europe and for rest of the world within 4-5 working days.
    * For UPS shipments, please keep in mind that every package must not exceed 5 Litres per order and alcohol content cannot exceed 70% abv per bottle. If your order does not comply with these rules, then your order will get refunded and cancelled.
  • NOTICE that UPS do not send to individuals to some country’s (US, Israel and  more…) and needed a company name and Import licence in some country’s .

Customs and Import Duties

Alcohol products sold are subject to Cyprus taxation.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact the recipient’s local customs office for further information.

The delivery options and charges will be available and calculated at checkout. Your order will be shipped according to the delivery method selected on checkout, and once dispatched you will receive a tracking number from your relevant courier so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
