GlenAllachie 11 Year Old Premier Cru Classe Wine Cask Finish 70cl, 48% is a Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie Distillery, released as part of the distillery’s Wine Cask Series.

This release was first matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in French oak barriques that previously held Premier Cru Classé Bordeaux wine. The casks were sourced from one of the five Premier Cru Classé châteaux, giving the whisky a refined red-wine influence with black cherry, espresso, blackcurrant, honey, citrus and spice.
