Part of Glenallachie’s eighth batch of single cask releases, this luxurious whisky was distilled in 2009 and matured for thirteen years in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead cask. Master Distiller Billy Walker hand-selected it for bottling, with no added colour and no chill-filtration. The sherry cask imparts deep notes of dark chocolate and spice, complementing Glenallachie’s hallmark honeyed character to produce an intense, indulgent whisky. This UK exclusive release is limited to just 350 bottles.
