Balvenie 12 Year Old Triple Cask (1L, 40%)
The 12 year old expression in Balvenie’s travel retail Triple Cask range is made with whisky matured in three different types of cask, namely first-fill American oak barrels, traditional refill casks and first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts. Following the maturation, the whisky is married together to create a cohesive, flavoursome expression packed with orchard fruit, custard cream and cinnamon spice.
Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
The flagship bottling from this famous Speyside distiller. A dessert-like dram, this is perfect for rounding off a rich meal.
Matured in a mixture of former Bourbon (or “whisky oak” as the distillery calls them) and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, this is a whisky that exudes balance and complexity. After maturation, the whiskies are married together for between 3 and 4 months in large wooden vessels called “tuns”, a classic Balvenie touch.
Glenfiddich 125th Anniversary Edition (70cl, 43%)
In honour of 125 years of whisky production, Glenfiddich released this limited edition single malt Scotch whisky in 2012. For this expression, the chaps at Glenfiddich have used a combination of peated and unpeated whiskies aged in a large proportion of Spanish ex-Sherry butts, as well as American ex-bourbon casks. It was presented alongside a copper stopper, a leaflet giving some background on the release and a handsome presentation case. What better way to celebrate 125 years of Glenfiddich whisky than with more of it?
The whisky is beautifully presented, with a copper cork, metal box and information leaflet. A peated Glenfiddich is not something you see everyday, and in the 5 years since this whisky was released, it has become increasingly rare, so “Fiddich fans should move fast if they want to sample this tremendous dram!
Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix (70cl, 47.6%)
Selecting and marrying the finest Oloroso and American oak casks from warehouses struck by heavy snow, our Malt Master created Snow Phoenix.
Creamy and vibrant on the nose, with honey and chocolate on the palate. And sherry notes mellowing into a long finish.
Created by chance, crafted by our expert.
Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Ancient Reserve Black Decanter (70cl, 43%)
A rare and very hard to find 18 year old Glenfiddich, packaged in a limited edition decanter.A Glenfiddich that scores with an impressive smoothness rather than complexity. The smokey hints tell you it’s not a modern malt.
Glenfiddich 19 Year Old Age of Discovery Madeira Cask (70cl, 40%)
Glenfiddich’s first ever 19 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky.
Finished in fine, aged Madeira wine casks from an independent island winery dating back to 1850 we named this expression, Glenfiddich Age of Discovery.
An earthy, bright whisky with a warmth that fades to long sweetness. The first time we’ve used Madeira casks for incredible, rich depth.
Glenfiddich 19 Year Old Age of Discovery Bourbon Cask (70cl, 40%)
The Glenfiddich Age of Discovery range is released just to the travel retail market until 2012 when the 19 year Old Madeira Cask was released to to the UK retail market to great excitement and applause. However this meant that Glenfiddich needed a new Age of Discovery bottling to replace the excellent Madeira cask, so here we have it – the Bourbon cask a fantastic follow-up that delivers as strongly as its older brother.
Glenfiddich Experimental Series Project XX (70cl, 47%)
20 of the whisky industry’s most exceptional minds came together to create this truly unique, pioneering single malt expression.
With its deep golden hue, Project XX embodies the warm, fruity character of a classic Glenfiddich whisky with hints of apple blossom, summer fruits and ripe pear. But its multiple personalities are revealed with hints of sweet candyfloss, cinnamon spice, almonds and rich port tannins with the odd whisper of liquorice. Deep and mellow, the finish is long lasting with a lingering sweet oakiness.
Glenfiddich Experimental Series Winter Storm (Batch 2) (70cl, 43%)
The eagerly-awaited second batch of Glenfiddich’s Winter Storm once again sees well-aged whisky from the legendary distillery finished in casks that previously held Canadian icewine (made using grapes harvested while frozen resulting in a powerfully sweet tipple). Released as part of the Glenfiddich Experimental Series, malt master Brian Kinsman believes that only older whiskies can stand up to the intense influence of icewine, which is why Winter Storm is built around 21 year old single malt.

Glenlivet 1983 Cellar Collection (70cl, 46%)
Distilled at The Glenlivet in 1983 and aged in French Limousin casks before it was bottled in 2003.
A frequently-overlooked bottle in Glenlivet’s Cellar Collection, perhaps as it remains one of the youngest of the series (even at 20 years old). This is sterling stuff, nonetheless, described by Jim Murray as ‘sophistication and attitude rolled into one’. With the finish adding nuance rather than dominating the palate, this is a minor classic of the genre.

Glenlivet 12 Year Old First Fill 2018 (70cl, 40%)
Glenlivet Alpha (70cl, 50%)
Here, we have something unique. A limited release of 3,350 bottles of pure mystery and intrigue. The label says “from The Glenlivet Distillery”, and on release that’s all anybody knew. No tasting notes. No cask details. Nothing.
Over the weeks following the release, the mystery was slowly unravelled through a variety of online sensory challenges on The Glenlivet website and Facebook pages. Master Distiller Alan Winchester also interacted with the online community, fielding questions and pointing people in the right direction…

Glenlivet Cipher (70cl, 48%)
Back in 2013 The Glenlivet released a whisky called Alpha with no tasting notes, no cask details and an opaque black bottle. ‘Twas quite good fun as everybody tried to guess the production technique used, before the eventual reveal (on that occasion they’d used casks conditioned with Scotch as opposed to bourbon or Sherry, unique for The Glenlivet).
Now it seems we’re being treated to a new mystery, a cipher, in fact! Master Distiller Alan Winchester once again invites us to decipher the secrets of a unique single malt…

Glenlivet Nàdurra Peated Whisky Cask Finish (1L, 48%)
Our latest expression in the Nàdurra family boldly draws its inspiration from The Glenlivet’s historic whisky-making traditions in which peat smoke was used to dry the malted barley, lending a smoky flavour to the whisky. Unlike its two siblings, the Nàdurra Peated Whisky is finished in casks that previously held heavily peated Scotch whisky, giving a gently smoky twist to the classic, smooth and fruity house style that The Glenlivet is known for.
