Glen Garioch 33 Year Old That Boutique-y Whisky Company (50cl, 46.2%)
The Glen Garioch distillery may well be Scotland’s first licensed distillery. This is OLD SCHOOL Glen Garioch, distilled in 1988, from when the distillery was floor malting their own malt, and using Highland peat. Bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company for its Cinema Series.
Batch 8 is a release of 242 bottles.

The finish is lingering and sweet, offering notes of black toffee and sultanas.
Edradour Ballechin 10 Year Old (70cl, 46%)
This is the core expression of 10 year old Ballechin single malt Scotch whisky, which is heavily peated whisky from Edradour. It has been named for the silent Ballechin distillery near the Edradour distillery. Releases under the Ballechin name from Edradour were previously presented as part of The Discovery Series, many of which were matured in different types of casks, including Sherry, bourbon and a selection of wine casks. This 10 year old expression, however, comes from a combination of ex-Oloroso Sherry and ex-bourbon casks.
Edradour 1999 22 Year Old Barolo Finish 70cl, 55.2%
A 1999 Edradour single malt that was initially matured in ex-bourbon hogsheads for 13 years, before being recasked into a pair of ex-Barolo wine hogsheads and bottled in August 2021 at 22-years-old. Aromas of redcurrant jelly and maple syrup fill the nose, complemented by notes of cranberries, cinnamon-baked apples, cloves and sugared almonds throughout the palate.
Edradour 1999 21 Year Old Bordeaux Finish 70cl, 55.7%
An exceptionally rich, fruity expression of the Edradour distillery character – this long-aged Highlander was initially matured in ex-Bourbon hogsheads then racked into Bordeaux wine casks for a further eight years. It’s a full-bodied dram with intense notes of burnt orange, barley sugars and rosewater. A real treat for any fan of wine cask finished malt.

Edradour 10 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
Edradour is one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries and at the heart of the range, this 10 year old Eastern Highlander is a rather unique single malt, a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. The distillery’s methods of production remain virtually unchanged in the last 150 years, and we can see why. If it ain’t broke and all that. This single malt’s decade of ageing was spent in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. This is one sherry monster and we love it.
