A 23-year-old single malt from Fettercairn that was initially matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in ex-Cognac casks. The palate offers notes of sweet apples, almonds, pears, sticky marzipan, vanilla, plum and milk chocolate that build into lingering flavours of spiced pineapple, black toffee, sultana, cinnamon, pecan pie and mango on the finish.

Tasting Note
Nose:Â Fresh red apples and poached pears, with lightly toasted hazelnuts.
Palate:Â Creamy toffee, with plenty of warm spice and gentle heat, fruit compote, and grilled peaches.
Finish: Dried apricots and baking spices linger.
