A limited-edition gin from Bombay Sapphire, Sunset is inspired by the orange glow and delicate warmth of the setting sun. Alongside its normal botanicals, Sunset uses Indian white cardamom, turmeric and sun-dried Murcian mandarin peel to create a layer of soft spice on the palate, with a zesty citrus background.

Brockmans Intensely Smooth Gin (70cl, 40%)
From Brockmans distillery comes Brockmans Intensely Smooth Gin. It’s unique selection of botanicals including Tuscan juniper berries, Bulgarian coriander, blueberries, blackberries and bittersweet Valencian orange peel are steeped in grain spirit. Hendrick’s Amazonia takes the rounded house style of Hendrick’s Gin and allow to blossom in an altogether new fashion. This expression sees Hendrick’s Gin instilled with additional tropical essences that result in a gin inspired by the mysterious and exotic flavours and essences of the Amazon. The liquid accentuates the existing cucumber and rose elements signature to Hendrick’s but reveals bright, tropical flavour characteristics of the native jungle flora.

The Botanist Islay Dry Gin (1L, 46%)
Created at the Bruichladdich distillery, this superb Islay gin was distilled in the ‘ugly betty’ still described as “an oversized upside-down dustbin made of copper” by Tom Morton. Perhaps the best looking packaging we’ve ever seen for a gin – it’s not all style and no substance either. This is a world-class gin, at a proper ABV.

Roku Gin (70cl, 43%)
The first gin from Japan’s legendary Suntory – Roku Gin. This expression is made using a selection of botanicals, including six Japanese botanicals that provide a whistle-stop tour of the four seasons. These include sakura leaf and sakura flower for spring, sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter. Traditional gin botanicals also featured include the likes of juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander and cinnamon, among others.
