Following the releases of the Unaged Rye in 2012 and the Rested Rye in 2014, the Single Barrel Rye completes Jack Daniel’s journey into the world of rye whiskeys.

This exclusive whiskey is a blend of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley grain, which has been gently aged in charred White American Oak barrels. The barrels used are made at Jack Daniel’s own cooperage, and the aging takes place in the upper part of the Tennessee barrelhouse, where the seasonal temperature variations bring out the deep rye flavours.
