A charming little gift set of three miniature Cask Collection bottlings from Glenfiddich.

The package includes miniature bottlings of the Select Cask, the Reserve Cask and the Vintage Cask.

Select Cask contains whisky matured in casks especially picked out by Glenfiddich’s Malt Master, Brian Kinsman. The spirit is then married together in a Solera system. This dram offers notes of fruitcake, nutmeg, buttery spice, cream, vanilla and citrus rind. A high quality, yet traditional, Glenfiddich profile.

Reserve Cask is similar to the Select Cask, only it has been aged in a solera system made up entirely of sherry casks. The result is a deeply flavoured whisky with notes of black cherries, plums, orange peel, toffee, ripe red grapes, classic Glenfiddich apples and pears, and some blackberry crumble. A delight!

Vintage Cask truly offers something a little different. Unusually for Glenfiddich, this dram has been peated, before being aged in the distillery’s classic Solera system of European and Bourbon oak casks. The final product is a blast of bonfire peat, with some herbal and apple heavy verdancy cutting through, accompanied by ripe peaches and some creamed honey.
