Nose: Honey-coated apricots and freshly zesty tangerines. Layers of tulip, dry grass and salted toffee underneath the fruit.

Palate: Caramel-drizzled banana, cooked pear, filo pastry and old oak furniture – the latter leading to soft peaty embers.

Finish: Drying malty notes, with a final hint of sugared dates.
