A limited edition bottling of Royal Salute 21 Year Old blended Scotch whisky, celebrating Beach Polo. It’s like regular Polo, except instead of in water, it’s on horses, and instead of on land, it’s on the beach. Which is close to water. Feels like there’s some sort of full-circle thing going on here…
Blended by Chivas Brothers, Royal Salute was launched on the 2nd of June 1953 in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II. Named after the traditional 21 gun salute, this rich, classy blend is aged for a minimum of 21 years and is bottled in a range of Wade porcelain decanters.

Description
Tasting Note
Nose: Honey-coated apricots and freshly zesty tangerines. Layers of tulip, dry grass and salted toffee underneath the fruit.
Palate: Caramel-drizzled banana, cooked pear, filo pastry and old oak furniture – the latter leading to soft peaty embers.
Finish: Drying malty notes, with a final hint of sugared dates.
