After several experiments and techniques applied to both the bit of viticulture and winemaking in the piece, we were able to highlight the potential of the Agiorgitiko variety and create a wine that expresses the most of its characteristics.
Characteristics: Deep red, attractive color, a rich aromatic bouquet balance the aromas of red fruits such as plum, sweet with aging, such as vanilla and cocoa. It is rich with very good structure, balanced and velvety aftertaste.
Harmony of flavors: Red meat with vegetables sweet and sweet sauces, like rooster with noodles, wild boar, and mousaka with sausage and cheese. Sausages, hamburgers, pizza and thick hard cheeses such as cheddar and edam. Serve cool as an aperitif in the summer.
