Part of the Glenlivet’s Classic Golf Courses of Scotland series, this Muirfield edition was released sometime in the 1990s. It includes a bottle of 12 year old Glenlivet single malt Scotch whisky and a golf-tastic presentation tin which features a picture of the legendary Muirfield golf course.
Glenlivet produced a range of presentation boxes for Scottish golf courses in the 1980s-90s. Saint Andrews, Muirfield, Turnberry, Royal Dornoch, Troon and Carnoustie were all featured.

A blended whisky from Japan’s Yamazakura range, which is brought to market by Japanese company Sasanokawa Shuzo. The name itself a portmanteau of two Japanese terms ‘Yama’ means ‘mountain’ and ‘Sakura’ means cherry tree. If you think about it, a portmanteau is kind of like a blend but with words, so this name is rather apt for a Japanese blended whisky.

The second release in a range of small batch single malt Scotch whisky releases from the Wolfburn distillery in Thurso. Similar to Batch No.128, this was matured in half-sized, first-fill bourbon barrel, but in contrast to previous release, Batch No.270 was made with unpeated spirit, giving all those yummy vanilla-y elements from the small casks centre stage. 6,000 bottles were produced.
