Macallan 10 Year Old Fine Oak (70cl, 40%)
This 10 year old from The Macallan Fine Oak Range was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks.
Glenlivet 12 Year Old (1L, 40%)
This whisky has been called a lot of things in its time: smooth, fruity, complex, sophisticated, entertaining, classic. The Original Malt Whisky Almanac says: “A first-class malt. One of the most popular malts in the world – deservedly so.” Representing The Glenlivet’s signature style, this classic malt is first matured in traditional oak, before spending time in American oak casks which impart notes of vanilla and gives the whisky it’s distinctive smoothness. The mineral-rich water that comes from Josie’s Well helps form the flavours during mashing and fermentation, whilst the specific height and width of the copper stills add a delicate yet complex character. Keep a bottle on hand for every occasion.
Peat’s Beast Batch Strength Pedro Ximénez Sherry Wood Finish 70cl, 54,1%
A frankly monstrous whisky from blenders and bottlers Fox Fitzgerald, this is Peat’s Beast at a whopping 54.1% ABV. Peat’s Beast is a single malt from a mystery Islay distillery, adding further intrigue to this delicious and smoky whisky. The complexity in this dram has been kicked up a notch, not just by its strength, but by its finishing period in Pedro Ximinez Sherry casks. Pedro Ximinez is the sweetest style of sherry, and here it marries perfectly with the robust smoky flavours of this whisky. The nose brings huge smoky aromas, with a dense grassy and earthy peat, accompanied by a sherried fruit, and some thick malty notes. The palate is hot and thick, with a buttery caramel flavour accompanied by peat smoke and succulent stone fruit: plums and cherries. The finish is smoky and medium in length with a little toasted woodspice. This whisky is non-chill-filtered, so the drinker gets to enjoy all the texture and flavour of the spirit at its best.
Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey GIft Pack With One Bullet Shot Glass (70cl, 40%)
This is an Irish whiskey that has enjoyed a finishing period in Sherry casks before being bottled as part of the Peaky Blinder range from Sadler’s. The name comes from a street gang that was around in the late 19th and early 20th Century, a member of which you can see on the label – note the all important cap, which apparently was where the gang name originates.
This gift pack is with only one glass

Talisker Select Reserve Game of Thrones House Greyjoy (70cl, 45.8%)
A sea-faring people, House Greyjoy rule over the Iron Islands and worship the Drowned God. The Ironborn live and breathe the sea, making their fortune amidst salt and smoke. With the sweat of their brows and the strength of their backs the Greyjoys have forged their place amongst the great Houses of Westeros, feeding their people and surviving on the desolate Iron Islands. They pay the Iron Price to succeed. On the shores of one of the most remote and rugged Islands in Scotland, the Isle of Skye, lies Talisker Distillery. Its wave-beaten shores imbue its whisky with Talisker’s signature maritime character. An intense, smoky single malt, with spicy and sweet notes, whose maritime edge makes this the perfect whisky to represent House Greyjoy.
Tamnavulin Double Cask (70cl, 40%)
Tamnavulin Double Cask was the first release from the distillery since the 1990s! Over the past 20 or so years, the distillery changed hands from Invergordon Distillers to Whyte & MacKay, closed a few years later and reopened in 2007. Much of its single malt output is used in blends, but a few casks of single malt would sneak out as indie bottlings to allow us a rare taste of Tamnavulin – but now they’ve got their very own expression! They initially mature it in American oak barrels before treating them to a finishing period in Sherry casks.
BenRiach 17 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Sherry Finish (70cl, 46%)

Green Spot Single Pot Still (70cl, 40%)

The whiskey has matured in a combination of first and second fill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.

Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old Game of Thrones House Baratheon (70cl, 40%)
The limited-edition Scotch you see here is Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old, a Highland stalwart from a distillery that was said to be a favourite of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, and is conveniently situated close to Balmoral Castle. Combined with its proximity to Cairngorms National Park, an area that contains one quarter of Scotland’s native forest and plenty of deer, it’s little wonder that it was paired with House Baratheon, a house with plenty of royal connections and whose sigil features a rampant stag.
Jameson Irish Whiskey (5cl, 40%)
Triple distilled, twice as smooth, one of a kind.
Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What’s that we hear you say. Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distil them – not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.

Cutty Black 100 Proof (75cl, 50%)
Undoubtedly anything but a classic whiskey, already on the nose can be seen that you can expect here neither a single malt nor a boring standard blend. As a liquorice friend who appreciates sweet, sticky liquorice liquor almost 😉 as well as a beautiful Irishman or a hefty sweet Scot, I recognize the best of both worlds here. As a whiskey, I would give the Cutty Sark Black no 30 points, but he is too little “pure”, too little deep, not enough aromatic. As an alcoholic liquorice drink, however, the 77 points that I simply give out here are more than just earned.

A special edition of the 12 year old Black Label blend from Johnnie Walker. This was released to celebrate the 100th anniversary. This blend was awarded 94 points by famed critic Jim Murray.

This tasty Bourbon is the work of American Eagle, distilled from a mash bill of 84% corn, so you can be sure there’s buttery notes galore in here. The whiskey has been matured in American oak barrels for four years, and was treated to charcoal-mellow filtration before it was bottled at 40% ABV. Superb sipped neat, but also makes some great cocktails. Bourbon Sour, anyone?
Lagavulin 8 Year Old (70cl, 48%)
Released to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the founding of Lagavulin distillery by John Johnston in 1816, this eight-year-old is big and smoky, with sweet spice that becomes apparent with a drop of water. Inspired by the visit of Alfred Barnard to the distillery in the 1880s when he tried an ‘exceptionally fine’ eight-year-old from the distillery, this is a fitting tribute for the milestone.

Highland Park 17 Year Old The Light (70cl, 52.9%)
Together with THE DARK, THE LIGHT shares the story of the noble Viking warriors who are our ancestors, of our contrasting island seasons and of the intense balance of our whisky.
Light and dark are concepts that exist in opposition, yet together create a perfect balance. One cannot exist without the other; as one appears, the other disappears; together they create something greater than themselves – in nature, a perfect, continuous cycle.
In THE LIGHT– a special release of only 28,000 bottles – we celebrate spring and summer in Orkney; a time to emerge from our winter’s hibernation, renewed and refreshed with a spring in our step, ready to embrace the warm bright days of summer. Presented in a beautifully embossed green glass bottle, the serpent dragon design takes its inspiration from the great Norse sagas and embraces both the high sun of the summer solstice and the low sun of the winter solstice – the polar opposites of our island seasons – while the runic writing reflects the ancient carvings of our Viking ancestors which can still be seen today, here in Orkney.
Names then gave they to noon and twilight, morning they named, and the waning moon, night and evening, the years to number.
Highland Park 16 Year Old Wings Of The Eagle (70cl, 44.5%)
STORY
Here, on Orkney, those earthly winds sweep across our island home too, reaching speeds of over 100 miles per hour in winter. No trees survive such onslaught so our moorland peat is woodless, but rich in fragrant heather, producing the characteristic aromatic smokiness of our whisky.
16 YEAR OLD WINGS OF THE EAGLE celebrates our wild island climate. Its spicy and elegant character reveals a sophisticated combination of flavours, layered as intricately as the feathers of an eagle’s wing.
According to the legends of our Viking ancestors, the might eagle which sits at the top of Yggdrasil, the sacred tree, represents wisdom and knowledge. The beating of its wings creates the winds that sweep across Earth.
There is much to be told. An eagle sits at the top of the ash, and it has the knowledge of many things.
Macallan Edition No.3 (70cl, 48.3%)
The third release in The Macallan’s wood-focused Edition series saw master perfumer Roja Dove and master whisky maker Bob Dalgarno create a whisky using their very particular sets of skills. Dove pinned down the flavour profile for Edition No. 3 by using the same formula he would for a perfume: pinpointing complementary aromas, and balancing these with a “counterpoint” note. The resulting liquid is a combination of six American and European oak casks, with deliciously sweet, floral notes up front.
This is a collaboration between Bob Dalgarno and Master Perfumer, Roja Dove.
The liquid has been matured in the following types of cask:
- 1st fill Hudosa Butt
- 2nd fill Butt
- 1st fill American Tevasa butts and puncheons.
- 1st fill European Tevasa hogsheads.
- 1st fill Bourbon hogsheads and barrels.

Macallan Edition No.6 (70cl, 48.6%)
The sixth and final release in the The Macallan Edition series, Edition No. 6 takes its inspiration from the natural wonders of the legendary River Spey and The Macallan Estate, where each and every cask of The Macallan is matured before being hand-selected for use by our expert whisky makers.

However, every noble family has a vulnerable side, and the Starks are no different. Living in the North they are often caught with a warning passing their lips: Winter is coming. Like House Stark, Dalwhinnie distillery are northerners through and through. One of the highest and coldest distilleries in Scotland, the extreme weather and cold temperatures experienced at Dalwhinnie are reflected in the fact that this single malt is best served chilled, or over ice, to highlight its signature honey and spice characteristics.
Aged in ex-bourbon casks, this light gold single malt gently opens to flavours of honeyed figs and delicious malt balls, finishing with rich fruitcake sweetness. Like House Stark, Dalwhinnie Winter’s Frost is loyal to the flavour profile that the distillery is known for, and not only survives the cold of winter, but uses it to its advantage.
Johnnie Walker 200th Anniversary Edition Red Label (70cl, 40%)
Johnnie Walker has created three limited edition bottles for its Red Label, Black Label, and Gold Label Reserve Whiskies to celebrate the Diageo-owned brand’s 200th anniversary. On the usual bottles, a slanted label features the blended Scotch’s name/color, but that has been updated to an opaque wrap that covers the entire bottle. Don’t worry, the Whisky inside the bottles remains the same.
“These limited edition bottles give a bold new look to our most iconic whiskies and perfectly celebrate Johnnie Walker’s depth of character as we celebrate this incredible 200-year milestone,” said Ali Reynolds, Johnnie Walker GB brand ambassador “This striking new design is sure to stand out on shelf and appeal to both enthusiasts and those who are new to the Scotch scene. The new bottles also make an ideal option for gifting occasions as we showcase the innovative brand ethos and open the doors to a new generation of whisky drinkers.”
The 200th anniversary celebrates the year, 1820, when John Walker bought an Italian warehouse, grocery, and wine and spirits shop on the High Street in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland.
All three bottles are now available for purchase now from major retailers and can also be purchased directly from shop.malts.com.
It’s been a big year of releases for Johnnie Walker as it celebrates its 200th Anniversary. Back in July, the blended Scotch brand unveiled three limited edition Whiskies: Blue Label Legendary Eight, Celebratory Blend, and Bicentenary Blend as well as a limited edition bottle design. Each anniversary release celebrates part of the famed brand’s two century journey. All four releases are expected to hit shelves across the globe in October.
Knockando 21 Year Old Master Reserve (70cl, 43%)
This 21 Year-Old Single Malt results from a careful selection of the best casks from Knockando’s warehouse. The three types of casks selected for its maturation (first fill and refill Bourbon barrels and a Sherry cask) accounts for its silkiness and incredible mellow sensation, underlined by delicate red fruit flavours.
The Classic Malt Selection offers an amazing journey around Scotland, to discover the main malt whisky-producing regions. Each one of them expresses the genuine character of its land of origin, through unique aromas and temper. For each Single Malt, spring water, soil and time work their magic to bottle the very essence of a land.

Léoville Barton is not only a highly-regarded grand cru Château, but one that takes it’s name from the Irish ‘Wine Geese’ winemaker Thomas Barton. In fact, Léoville Barton is still run by his descendants to this day. This bottling is a celebration of shared Irish heritage.
Matured initially in a mixture of ex-Oloroso Sherry, fresh American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, this Green Spot whiskey is then finished in the ex-Château Léoville Barton Bordeaux wine casks for 12 to 24 months.

Royal Salute 21 Year Old Ruby Flagon (70cl, 40%)
Royal Salute 21 Year is an homage by Chivas Regal to the newly crowned Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. At 21 years, it is also the youngest in the Royal Salute line-up. Why 21 years old you might ask? 21 is an important designation as it refers to the 21-gun-salute, for generations a form of honor and respect to sovereigns and dignitaries. Be aware that there are 3 different colors for the ceramic decanters (sapphire, ruby, and emerald), but the spirit is the same.
Chivas Regal 12 Year Old (5cl, 40%)
Chivas Regal is a world-famous Scotch blend which was first made in the early 20th century by Chivas Brothers. The company can trace its roots back to 1801, with the opening of a grocers at Number 13 King Street, Aberdeen. Selling luxury food, coffee and spices, it wasn’t until half a century later that the company started to make whisky, and then not until post-US Prohibition that Chivas Regal 12 Year Old was first officially released. F. Paul Pacult described Chivas Regal 12 as “the blend for grown-ups”, awarding it an impressive 9 out of 10. It’s a very apt statement – this is a very refined blended whisky, with herbs, honey and fruit leaping forth on the palate. Regularly lauded by the critics, this is a superb blend in its price category, representing great value for money.
Jameson Irish Whiskey (1L, 40%)
Triple distilled, twice as smooth, one of a kind.
Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What’s that we hear you say. Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distil them – not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.

This particular single malt, name after St. Duthac whose resting place sits at the centre of the Royal Burgh of Tain, has been part finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry and virgin oak casks before being bottled at 43% ABV. Plenty of rich, mellow elements throughout this one (as you’d expect from Glenmorangie), with touches of sticky PX sweetness and herb-y spiciness.
Laphroaig Four Oak (1L, 40%)
First released for the Travel Retail market, Laphroaig Four Oak features a marriage of whisky matured in a quartet of casks, namely ex-bourbon barrels, quarter casks, virgin American oak barrels and European oak hogsheads. Somewhat following on the theme from their popular Triple Wood expression…
Laphroaig Select (70cl, 40%)
This Laphroaig is created from carefully selected casks of each of our key styles. Mostly, these are historic styles, with one notable addition: the heart of the spirit is drawn from a final maturation in American oak casks rarely used for scotch whisky.
With spirit selected by our master distiller from Quarter Cask, our PX Cask and Triple Wood (Oloroso sherry) and a final addition of 10 Year Old, it represents a subtle blending of peat, oak and sweetness.
Bottled at natural colour, the result is an exquisite Laphroaig with our trademark peat reek matched by an additional layer of complexity and depth brought about by the fusion of the maturation styles and different oaks.

Greign 20 Year Old Lowlands Single Grain (70cl, 40%)
Greign 20 Year Old Single Grain
Greign is a Single Grain Whisky from the Macduff distillery. The original founders of the distillery buy exceptional old casks for the maturation of their whiskies. The Greign was matured in a mixture of sherry casks and freshly burnt-out casks, making the single grain a smooth, full-bodied dram.

Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt 70cl, 40%
Bushmills 10 years is the most famous Irish Single Malt. It has been triple-distilled as a typical Old Bushmills whiskey and mainly matured in Bourbon oak barrels with a small percentage of malt aged in European oak Sherry Butts.
Bushmills 10 years is world-renowned for its subtlety. It is a full-bodied but also mellow and soft whiskey, matching perfectly the real Irish spirit. The distinct and clear character of the distillery’s malt is refined by a maturation in Bourbon barrels, that brings a refreshing and lively taste to the whiskey, with typical notes of vanilla and honey, lifted by spicy aromas originating from the Sherry Butts.
