Glenfiddich 18 Years Old The Valley of the Deer 70cl, 40%
One of the best releases from one the best selling distilleries in the world. This one litre bottling allows the drinker to savour the subtle complexities of this dram even longer.
Produced by Speyside giants Glenfiddich, this whisky sits close to the top of their standard range, and enjoys a superb reputation with both drinkers and critics alike.
Matured in a mixture of former Bourbon American white oak barrels and Oloroso sherry casks, both of which are reassembled onsite by Glenfiddich’s high skilled coopers, this whisky possesses fabulous balance.
After 18 years of maturation, the effects of the cask are highly apparent on the palate, with both rich vanilla from the Bourbon barrels and dried fruit and spices from the Oloroso cask. Nevertheless, the spirit maintains the classic apple, pear and warm malt flavours that have come to be the trademark of Glenfiddich.
The whisky is bottled in modern rendition of Glenfiddich’s classic triangular bottle shape. With a soft mouthfeel and excellent complexity, this would make a great luxury option of any fans of this mighty distillery.

Bowmore Legend (70cl, 40%)
Bowmore Legend is the NAS entry-level expression of the distillery, age between 8 to 10 years on North American Oak casks which previously contained Bourbon. A young, rather gentle Bowmore. Whilst not massively complex or full-bodied, Legend is still a great value for money malt.

Laphroaig 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 016 Bot.2022 (70cl, 58.5%)
Our Original Cask Strength is the purest way to experience the taste created by the land, sea and air of Islay. Aged 10 years, it’s barrier-filtered from the cask to remove unwanted char particles – and that’s all that comes between you and the real Laphroaig.
We don’t chill-filter our Original Cask Strength, and we don’t reduce its natural strength. So, what you pour is what we draw from the barrel — the heart of charred seasoned oak barrels, our blue peat smoke and nutty barley, in a truly natural experience.
Batch 16 is our most powerful expression within the Cask Strength family, characterised by a 58.5% proof point and notes of vanilla and sea salt intermingled with hints of freshly ground black pepper and pork crackling. A dram poured neat will fill the nose with aromas of sweet apples and caramelised pastry, underpinned with a tang of cereal and tanned leather notes. The finish, a mixture of gentle spice, charred oak and smoked mackerel with an oily mouthful.
Lagavulin 8 Year Old Gift Set Saveurs D’écosse (70cl, 48%)

Heaven’s Door Straight Rye (70cl, 43%)
Here we have Heaven’s Door Straight Rye, created by Bob Dylan (yes, that exact Bob Dylan you’re thinking of) and Marc Bushala (founder of Angel’s Envy Bourbon) in a church in Tennessee. Interestingly, for their rye, they have chosen to finish the whiskey in toasted oak cigar barrels (they’re cigar shaped, they didn’t just have a load of cigars stashed in them) from Vosges in France! Very intrigued to see the impact this finishing period has had on the whiskey…
