This expression has been matured in a wonderful combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, imparting a rich sweetness. It was named Annacoona after a cave on Benbulben in Sligo. One is matured in Oloroso sherry casks, one is aged in bourbon casks, and the final one is initially aged in bourbon casks before being finished in Marsala wine casks.
