His involvement in the project brings a depth of meaning to the Absolut Mosaik edition that transcends the ordinary. The redesign of Absolut’s iconic glass bottle brings to life what ‘Born to Mix’ means to Olly, breathing life into a design that holds great significance. The mosaic motif, characterized by its unique and diverse individual pieces coming together to form a harmonious whole, stands as a symbol of unity, diversity, and the strength of collective effort.  Absolut Mosaik encapsulates the celebration of individuality, emphasizing that beyond our differences, we have the power to push boundaries, drive positive change, and create a better world. Starting October 1st, consumers worldwide will have the opportunity to get their hands on their very own Absolut Mosaik as the limited-edition bottle becomes available in countries worldwide, including France, Germany, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. We’re all unique. Unique but not alone. This year’s, 2023 Limited Edition Absolut Original Vodka bottle is designed in collaboration with the icon Olly Alexander. The concept celebrates everyone being different and symbolizes that with our individuality, we’re all important parts of a greater whole. The country of Sweden and the village of Åhus are the home of Absolut Vodka. But there is another place of which vodka knows its way around: Russia.

As part of our Cities series limited editions, the design created in collaboration with Russian fashion designer Alena Akhmadullina, plays around some recognizable Moscow’s historical and modern architecture motifs that uniquely captures the traditional yet transformative energy of the Russian capital.

The resulting design features a modern Moscow cityspace on the front, with traditional buildings visible on the backside through the glass. The new urban scenery is glosse in an elaborate style reminiscent of traditional Russian paintings.

Absolut Moscow was limited to 150 000 bottles to the Russian market only, making it a true collectible truly hard to collect

After being invited to so many parties ourselves, it was about time we invited others over to our place.

In summer 2018 we opened Absolut Home. Our visitor’s center where people could see behind the curtain and learn about what it takes to produce our iconic vodka – every step of the way, from seed to bottle. Absolut Home also gave a chance to show off how proud we are of our legacy and our sustainable production policy.

To celebrate opening Absolut Home’s doors we teamed up with visionary graffiti artist, Ola Kalnins, to produce a limited edition bottle design titled Absolut Åhus.

“Absolut’s relation to art, culture and their values is, in my opinion, truly unique. I couldn’t imagine a more honorable task than to design the ‘Absolut Åhus’ bottle.” — Ola Kalnins

Featuring Ola’s signature use of striking colors and patterns, the Absolut Åhus bottle design shows a mural of our beloved headquarters. Vibrant, fun and striking – just like its contents.

For this limited edition bottle design we worked with Swedish Illustrator Kari Modén, best known for her decorative, colorful and joyous style. The design celebrates global unity and the values that unite people around the world: love, peace and togetherness.

To back the launch we created a new page on Absolut.com where travellers could upload a selfie and share tips on their favourite local hangouts. The data was then transformed into a mosaic of faces, names and locations and shared online creating a digital space that added to the celebration of togetherness and provided a directory of hip hangouts in towns and cities across the world.

Designed to celebrate life’s greatest moments, Absolut Tune combined crisp Brancott Sauvignon Blanc wine from New Zealand with our classic Absolut premium vodka, to make a sparkling infusion, carbonated for added fizz.

An idea this bold deserved a matching design. We switched from our timeless medicine flask design to a special one-off that borrowed its silhouette from that of a classic champagne bottle, topped off with a cork that begged to be popped.

A night out. Sunday brunch. Entertaining at home. Absolut Tune was always in beautiful harmony with your plans.
