Arran Machrie Moor Peated (70cl, 46%)
Machrie Moor is named for a peat bog on the island’s west coast where, according to legend, the giant Fingal kept his favoured pet dog. A very cool nod to the shady history of Arran’s distilling. Back during the 18th and 19th century the island was a producer of illicit whisky. Presented in a book style package to hide the goods.
This is the 2016 and second release in the highly acclaimed Arran Smugglers’ Series, which also included The Illicit Still and The Exciseman, released in the years prior and subsequent to this. The series was a nod to the shady history of Arran’s distilling back during the 18th and 19th century when the island was a producer of illicit whisky. Presented in a book style package to hide the goods.
The whisky itself is a peated spirit matured in rum casks and finished in first fill bourbon barrels.

Auchentoshan 21 Year Old Limited Release (70cl, 43%)
A 21 year old single malt, triple distilled and aged in second fill sherry casks, though nothing is lost to the power of the sherry. This bottling stands as the flagship for the core Auchentoshan range.
Triple distilled and aged perfectly for over twenty one years in American bourbon and Spanish sherry casks. This creates a refined Lowland Single Malt Whisky, ripe with gooseberries, sweet creamy vanilla, a hint of oak, warm honey, and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste.
We could spend all day talking about how much we love our Auchentoshan 21 Year Old, but don’t take our word for it…
“Bright copper. Elegant and smooth. Soft green fruit with mint, oak and freshly cut barley. Sweet chocolate and mint with oak and honey. Long, soft and warm. My top choice as the quintessential Lowland Single Malt; it doesn’t get better.”
