A limited-edition single malt from Tomintoul, Seiridh was matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in first-fill oloroso sherry casks from Andalucia, Spain. Rich aromas of sultana, butterscotch and candied pecans fill the nose. The palate offers notes of sweet dried figs, Christmas cake and cedar spice, developing hints of chocolate-covered raisins, dried fruit and liquorice that linger in the finish.

A single cask, cask strength Edradour single malt! This Highlander was matured in a single sherry butt after it was distilled in March 2009, where it remained for the next decade. Edradour 10 Year Old 2009 Cask 42 Straight From The Cask (50cl, 57.2%)

Well-sherried Edradour here, release as part of the distillery’s Straight From The Cask series. It was distilled back in February 2009 and left to age in a single sherry butt for 10 years, before being bottled at cask strength in June 2019. 945 bottles were produced, each one with its own little wooden crate, which is wonderful.
