In fact, it’s actually helping them survive, as 15% of Elephant Gin’s profits go to two African elephant foundations (Big Life and Space for Elephants) to support rangers who protect against poachers and run education projects in local communities. Edradour is one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries and at the heart of the range, this 10 year old Eastern Highlander is a rather unique single malt, a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. The distillery’s methods of production remain virtually unchanged in the last 150 years, and we can see why. If it ain’t broke and all that. This single malt’s decade of ageing was spent in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. This is one sherry monster and we love it.

The 3 pack contains the following whiskies:
- 12 Year Old Single Malt – matured in a combination of virgin oak, oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the 12 year old is sweet with honey, butterscotch, marzipan and bananas with delicate hints of mocha.
- 15 Year Old Single Malt – matured for 15 years in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, there are strong sweet flavours of banana, orange peel and dark chocolate with delicate, sweet spices.
- MacNair’s 2 Year Old Lum Reek Peated Blended Malt – a heavily peated blended malt which marries together Islay & Speyside malts with richer, older GlenAllachie. Butterscotch and mocha combine with rich peat reek, mature heather, bog myrtle and sweet spices.
