We’ve taken a Classic Gin and added a combination of sweet and sour marasca cherries, as well as a good pinch of spice. A fun and fruity gin, this is delicious as a sipper, but eminently mixable, too; try it with a splash of cola and a wedge of lime for a taste sensation.

A marvellously citrus-forward London dry gin from That Boutique-y Gin Company, featuring the delicious yuzu fruit! Cultivated widely in Japan and Korea, the yuzu looks a bit like a grapefruit (though they’re a bit more bumpy) and tastes a bit like a cross between the aforementioned grapefruit and a lemon, with a floral touch of orange blossom too. This stuff is excellent in a G&T, and more than suitable for a Negroni as well.

Macallan Edition No.1 is the first release of what is going to be an annual limited edition from the Macallan Distillery. A special selection of oak casks will be handpicked to crafted into an Edition each year, and Edition No.1 was introduced in 2015.

The fifth release 2019 is a collaboration with the Pantone Colour Institute, who have designed the striking purple box to compliment the hue of this marriage of exclusively American casks. 48.5%
