Skinos Mastiha is a Greek liqueur made using the resin from the mastiha tree on the Greek island of Chios. The resin is harvested by making small cuts in the tree, bringing out drops of the resin that are said to look like tears. The resulting liqueur created from the resin is highly fragrant, with earthy, leafy notes washing over your palate, joined by hints of sweetness bringing balance. It’s often served chilled and alongside food, whether it be meze dishes or accompanying a cold dessert.

Wenneker Triple Sec is based on a cherished age-old family recipe with a base of orange distillate and a very spicy Curacao distillate. This Curacao distillate contains no fewer than 3 types of Curacao apple. Cinchona and Angostura bark are the main flavourings for this distillate.
The ethereal oils included in the distillate can cause Triple Sec to “cloud over”, i.e. it becomes turbid when stored too cool. This will disappear however, when the liqueur is warmed up again.
The Triple Sec is one of the most popular flavours in the liqueur family. After all, it is an essential element in the cocktail bar. The most famous cocktail prepared with Triple Sec is the Margarita (Triple Sec with Tequila). Triple Sec is also used in cakes, sweets, the kitchen and confectionery.
