Azelia Barolo Bricco Fiasco Magnum 1.5L, 14.5%
Azelia’s Barolo is ruby red in color with garnet hues. It is sweet on the nose, with hints of cherry, blackcurrant and licorice that we find in the mouth with fruity tannins. A union of characteristics: aromaticity and finesse with power and body at the same time.
A part of the bunches from the Riserva Bricco Voghera vineyard always gives its superb contribution.
PAIRING : Thanks to its flavour and body, it is the ideal wine to pair with elaborate and rich dishes such as all recipes based on truffles, meat dishes, first courses based on porcini mushrooms, game, mature cheeses and it is also perfect when paired with dry pastries or chocolate.
