West Cork Cask Strength (70cl, 62%)
West Cork Single Malt Calvados Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is part of a new five bottle family of single malts from West Cork Distillers. This is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks and finished in Calvados Garnier casks. Bottled at 43%, non-chill filtered and no added colour.
Rum, Virgin Oak, Sherry and Port make up the four other cask finishes from this series.
Yellow Spot 12 Year Old (70cl, 46%)
This is the second addition to the ‘Spot’ range of Irish whiskeys, which contains the famous Green Spot Pot Still Whiskey. The Yellow Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey which has been matured in three types of cask: American bourbon cask, Spanish Sherry butts and Spanish Malaga casks for a sweeter flavour.
Green Spot Château Montelena (70cl, 46%)
A delicious edition of Green Spot Irish single pot still whiskey which has been finished in casks that previously held Zinfandel wine from Chateau Montelena in Napa Valley, California. It’s the second in ‘Wine Geese’ series, all of which feature whiskey finished in casks from wineries run by Irish winemakers around the world – the family currently running Chateau Montelena was originally from Waterford!
The Whistler 7 Year Old Cask Strenght (70cl, 59%)
The Whistler 7 Year Old Cask Strength has been bottled at natural cask strength of 59%. It is a single malt that has matured in oak Bourbon casks before being transferred to oak Sherry Oloroso casks for further aging and finishing. Non chill-filtered
The Whistler 5 Year Old Double Oaked (70cl, 40%)
5 year old single malt Irish whiskey from the Boann distillery’s Whistler range. This expression has matured in both bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, helping to develop a rounded flavour profile. The Boann distillery is based in Drogheda, and recently started distilling their own whiskey too (this expression is sourced from another Irish distillery). We’re very much looking forward to seeing what they’re going to come up with!
The Sexton Single Malt (1L, 40%)
The creation of master blender Alex Thomas, The Sexton Single Malt Irish whiskey is made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. After, the liquid is aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks imparting a rich and fruity character. It comes in a rather eye-catching hexagonal bottle, too.
Teeling Single Grain (5cl, 46%)
This award-winning whiskey has won best in class annually at the World Whiskies Awards since its release, and is one of only a handful of Single Grain bottlings in the world.
It is fully matured in Californian red wine barrels resulting in an intensely fruity and beautifully amber liquid, with lush berry notes.
Hand selected casks, bottled at 46% with no chill filtration to ensure all the unique flavour is captured.
Teeling Small Batch (5cl, 46%)
Our Flagship Irish whiskey and our attempt to create the most interesting Blended Irish whiskey. This small batch bottling consists of hand selected casks which are given further maturation in ex-rum barrels imparting extra character and smooth flavour unique to Irish whiskey. Bottling at 46% with no chill filtration completes an Irish whiskey of true character.
Bushmills 16 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
An award-winning 16 year old Irish single malt from Bushmills based in Northern Ireland. Aged in three different cask types: bourbon, Port and sherry maturation imparts notes of fruit, nuts and spices – a great example of the influence of different cask maturation. The brand has managed to retain its small batch philosophy for over 400 years, which is wonderful.
Jameson Irish Whiskey (4.5L, 40%)

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What’s that we hear you say. Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distil them – not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.

While triple distillation is nothing new to Jameson, adding a Malaga cask to our bourbon barrels and sherry butts is certainly a new adventure for us. Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt 70cl, 40%
Bushmills 10 years is the most famous Irish Single Malt. It has been triple-distilled as a typical Old Bushmills whiskey and mainly matured in Bourbon oak barrels with a small percentage of malt aged in European oak Sherry Butts.
Bushmills 10 years is world-renowned for its subtlety. It is a full-bodied but also mellow and soft whiskey, matching perfectly the real Irish spirit. The distinct and clear character of the distillery’s malt is refined by a maturation in Bourbon barrels, that brings a refreshing and lively taste to the whiskey, with typical notes of vanilla and honey, lifted by spicy aromas originating from the Sherry Butts.

Connemara produce a peated Irish single malt, named for the area in Ireland.
Hyde 6 Year Old No.5 The Áras Cask (70cl, 46%)
6 year old Irish single grain whiskey from the Hibernia Distillers Hyde range. This particular expression, No.5 Áras Cask, was finished in casks which previoulsy held Burgundy wine, imparting a distinct sweetness to the whiskey. No.21 of 5000
Kilbeggan (70cl, 40%)
Kilbeggan is named after St Bécán, one of the Twelve Apostles of Ireland who founded a monastery in the area in the 6th century. Smooth and malty.

Kinahan’s Small Batch Irish Whiskey Sample (2cl, 46%)
A blended Irish whiskey here from the Kinahan’s range, which was originally established all the way back in 1779! Over the years Kinahan’s received two royal warrants and became the whiskey of choice for legendary American bartender Jerry Thomas. It disappeared during the 1900s, however, but it’s recently been relaunched on the very same street in Dublin where it was founded all the way back then – Trinity Street.
