Pink 47 Gin (70cl, 47%)
Pink 47 is a fine London Dry gin made from Italian juniper berries. It includes some exotic botanicals too with two different types of angelica and two different corianders. Lavish. There’s also Spanish citrus fruits and almonds and a touch of West African nutmeg, packaged in a handsome cut-glass bottle modelled on the Kharavaya pink diamond.

Whitley Neill Brazilian Lime (70cl, 43%)
These bright green and sun kissed Limes from Brazil, are the juiciest out there. They add a zesty kick to this smooth Gin.
All eight generations of the Whitley Neill family tree shared a taste for discovery, and Johnny is no different. He is bringing back fond memories of his intrepid travels across South America in the ’90s, sipping on sparkling lime-infused drinks and enjoying delicious food accompanied by juicy wedges of sunshine filled Brazilian Limes.

A limited-edition gin from Bombay Sapphire, Sunset is inspired by the orange glow and delicate warmth of the setting sun. Alongside its normal botanicals, Sunset uses Indian white cardamom, turmeric and sun-dried Murcian mandarin peel to create a layer of soft spice on the palate, with a zesty citrus background.

Indian Summer makes use of one of the world’s most costly spices by weight, saffron. The pricey spice is infused into the gin, which has imparted intense, sweet and subtly earthy notes. It was bottled by Duncan Taylor.
Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Gin (70cl, 37.5%)
Over in Sweden, the folks behind Kopparberg cider took its hallmark flavours of strawberry and lime, and harnessed their deliciousness into this wonderful gin! Alongside juniper, lemon zest and coriander, the two eponymous botanicals are infused into the spirit. Both lemonade and tonic are ace with this one!

The word “barrister” comes from the English word “bar”, it is the barrier that separates the judge from the defendant. This is the highest rank of lawyer in Britain. From the fifteenth century, prisoners could instruct “a cultured and eloquent friend” to protect their interests. The lawyers had access to the “judicial bar”, so they could be heard by the court in the interest of their client. The lawyer’s speech in court is precise and sharp as a blade. In England it is said that the gin is “cold like steel”-due to the strong cold aftertaste.

Roku Gin (70cl, 43%)
The first gin from Japan’s legendary Suntory – Roku Gin. This expression is made using a selection of botanicals, including six Japanese botanicals that provide a whistle-stop tour of the four seasons. These include sakura leaf and sakura flower for spring, sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter. Traditional gin botanicals also featured include the likes of juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander and cinnamon, among others.
