Aged Gin is a 100% rye-based gin features the same 14 botanicals as the classic Elephant Gin recipe, though in increased quantities. After distillation, it was rested in a combination of new and aged wood over a period of a year. Hence the name. Co-founder Robin Gerlach’s inspiration for this maturation style came from the 18th-century practice of storing gin in oak barrels for shipping.
A complex, experimental and delicious gin would be enough to impress anyone, but they aren’t just content with making tasty tipples.
