A collaboration between Chivas Regal and Pininfarina, the high-end Italian automobile design firm who have worked on Ferraris and Maseratis as well as Rolls-Royces and Jaguars to name but a few. “The Drop”, as it is called, is an aerodynamic piece of design that evokes both the metalwork of Pininfarina’s cars as well as the more elemental concepts of air and liquid.
The Ultimate Version features a solid wood interior and 2 glasses, also designed by Pininfarina, along with the limited edition bottle.

These remarkable casks are made using delicate Japanese Mizunara Oak that are up to 200 years old, making them not only difficult to source but also difficult to work with. The oak imparts wonderfully well-balanced notes of sweet clementine, pears, vanilla and exotic spices.
