Jim Beam Wee Whisky Glass Make History 8,5cm
The Wee Jim Beam Glass, sometimes called the Distillers glass, is a smaller version of the traditional Glencairn Whisky Glass. They are great for whisky tasting parties and events or for a small glass after a hard days work. It measures 3 3/8″ tall and 2″ wide and has a 2.5 oz. capacity. “Wee Glencairn Glass” is stamped on the bottom indicating it is a genuine Glencairn glass.
Old Grand Dad Bonded Bourbon (1L, 50%)
Bonded and beautiful, this one is a classic. Big sweet butterscotch and red fruit on the nose along with solid spice. The taste holds anise, caramel, vanilla, and soft pepper. Finish is long with anise and vanilla fading softly together.
Maker’s Mark 46 70cl, 47%
The first new Maker’s Mark recipe for at least 50 years, Maker’s 46 is named for the number of different wood ‘recipes’ they tried before getting it right. Bottled at 47% it is matured in part in barrels containing a ‘ladder’ of toasted new French oak barrel staves to give more spice, sweetness and vanilla.
Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof (1L, 58.4%)
Distilled at Wild Turkey distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, it is has been blended using a combination of barrels which contained bourbon of ages between 6 – 12 years old. It has been bottled at a cask strength of 58.4% abv.
Wild Turkey Longbranch (1L, 43%)
A full-bodied and balanced bourbon, at once fresh, sweet and smoky, with a rich and rounded mouthfeel, Longbranch is a collaborative effort between Wild Turkey Master Distiller Eddie Russell and the brand’s Creative Director – award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey.
Longbranch has been refined using charcoal from both Kentucky white oak and Texan mesquite in a nod to both mens’ home states, and the bottle bears the signatures of both Russell and McConaughey in a nod to the spirit in which this bourbon was made – that of friendship and partnership.
Wild Turkey 81 Proof (1L, 40.5%)
An 81 proof (40.5%ABV) bourbon crafted by Wild Turkey associate distiller Eddie Russell, son of master distiller Jimmy. It’s a high rye mash matured in heavily charred casks for big flavour at a more approachable ABV than the 101.
Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 45%)
A terrific small-batch bourbon from Four Roses – and in this case, Small Batch means just that – only four casks are used in the construction of each release. Sweet and spicy, with a generous dash of vanilla, this is a treat.

Woodford Reserve Holiday Release 2020 (1L, 45.2%)
Hirst’s serene painting “Winter Slumber” captures the contrast between the warm, wooden interior of the historic warehouse at Woodford Reserve, and the stone exterior of the building. This snowy scene, recognizable to all guests who have visited Woodford Reserve over the last 24 years, celebrates the fact that whiskey ages year-around, regardless of weather.
Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Brandy Cask Finish (70cl, 45.2%)
Every year, as part of the Masters Collection from this distillery, there is an experimental dram release and Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Brandy Cask is their 2016 version. This is an exceptional bourbon finished in American brandy casks and thought to be the very first made. On the nose, honeyed sultanas, Amaretto and burnt sugar, while the palate sees notes of dried fruits with cinnamon and a hint of oily walnut. The finish has notes of mint leaves, toasted sesame and oranges.
Jim Beam White Label (4.5L, 40%)
Jim Beam bourbon undergoes distillation at lower temperatures and is distilled to no more than 62.5%, the White label is aged for four years and has quite a high percentage of rye in the mashbill.
Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 47%)
Elijah Craig has long been a favourite bourbon of many whiskey enthusiasts – to the point where their stocks of 12 year old bourbon have been under a lot of pressure. The producers made the decision to discontinue the 12 Year Old expression and create this expression to take its place. It manages to maintain the incredibly high quality that Elijah Craig is known for, including the delicious core of cooked apple drizzled in honey notes. This expression has been well received, taking home not one but two San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold medals!
Bulleit Bourbon Rye (70cl, 45%)
Has there ever been a moment when you’ve been sipping Bulleit Bourbon and wanted it to have even more rye? Well you’re in luck, they now have their own Rye whiskey! Bulleit Rye is made with a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley and is produced in small batches. An absolutely stunning rye that won a Double Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2013.
American Eagle 4 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
This tasty Bourbon is the work of American Eagle, distilled from a mash bill of 84% corn, so you can be sure there’s buttery notes galore in here. The whiskey has been matured in American oak barrels for four years, and was treated to charcoal-mellow filtration before it was bottled at 40% ABV. Superb sipped neat, but also makes some great cocktails. Bourbon Sour, anyone?
Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year Old (70cl, 45.6%)
Bulleit Bourbon has become a firm favourite – and now you can sample it after it’s spent a decade in oak, too! The mash bill comprises 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley for a rich balance of creaminess and spice.
Yellow Rose Rye American Whiskey (70cl, 45%)
Rye from Yellow Rose over in Houston, Texas, which is in fact Houston’s very first legal whiskey distillery. Made with 95% rye and bottled at 45% ABV, we reckon this could be a very strong contender for a Rye Old Fashioned.
Yellow Rose Premium American Whiskey (70cl, 40%)
All the way from Houston comes Yellow Rose, named after a woman in local folklore called the Yellow Rose of Texas who allegedly helped Sam Houston win the battle for Texas’ independence from Mexico. This here is the distillery’s Premium American Whiskey, a blend with a high bourbon content. A great contender for a Whiskey Sour.
Basil Hayden’s Bourbon (1L, 40%)
Basil Hayden’s Bourbon dates back to 1796, when master distiller Basil Hayden used a traditional corn base, but mixed in small grains with the mash. A Kentucky straight bourbon with plenty of rye at its core – plenty spicy, well balanced with herbal notes of peppermint and a touch of fruit.
Four Roses Single Barrel 100 Proof (70cl, 50%)
Four Roses founder Paul Jones Jr. became undoubtedly smitten by a beautiful woman who he proposed to. She said she would let him know her answer later by attending an evening ball with a four rose corsage. We guess she said yes, since he renamed his entire brand to Four Roses. This Single Barrel 100 Proof bourbon is plummy and fruity with lots of character, it makes a fantastic Hot Toddy or Kentucky lemonade.
Wild Turkey 101 (1L, 50.5%)
This bottling of Wild Turkey has been aged for at least 6 years before coming out of the barrel at 109 proof, it is only diluted slightly before bottling at 101 proof with plenty of pep.
Peaky Blinder Bourbon Whisky (70cl, 40%)
America is home to an array of distinctive hats, including baseball caps, Stetsons and even whoopee caps. Why are we talking about American headwear? Because the Peaky Blinder range now features a bourbon whiskey, of course! The connection is pretty clear, what with the name coming from a gang who apparently modified their hats to be used as weapons and bourbon being… Well, American. Anyway, this is a rather tasty and good value-for-money bourbon produced in Indiana for the Peaky Blinder range, which should do well for a variety of classic cocktails.
