Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 47%)
Elijah Craig has long been a favourite bourbon of many whiskey enthusiasts – to the point where their stocks of 12 year old bourbon have been under a lot of pressure. The producers made the decision to discontinue the 12 Year Old expression and create this expression to take its place. It manages to maintain the incredibly high quality that Elijah Craig is known for, including the delicious core of cooked apple drizzled in honey notes. This expression has been well received, taking home not one but two San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold medals!

Four Roses Single Barrel 100 Proof (70cl, 50%)
Four Roses founder Paul Jones Jr. became undoubtedly smitten by a beautiful woman who he proposed to. She said she would let him know her answer later by attending an evening ball with a four rose corsage. We guess she said yes, since he renamed his entire brand to Four Roses. This Single Barrel 100 Proof bourbon is plummy and fruity with lots of character, it makes a fantastic Hot Toddy or Kentucky lemonade.
Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 45%)
A terrific small-batch bourbon from Four Roses – and in this case, Small Batch means just that – only four casks are used in the construction of each release. Sweet and spicy, with a generous dash of vanilla, this is a treat.
Heaven’s Door Straight Rye (70cl, 43%)
Here we have Heaven’s Door Straight Rye, created by Bob Dylan (yes, that exact Bob Dylan you’re thinking of) and Marc Bushala (founder of Angel’s Envy Bourbon) in a church in Tennessee. Interestingly, for their rye, they have chosen to finish the whiskey in toasted oak cigar barrels (they’re cigar shaped, they didn’t just have a load of cigars stashed in them) from Vosges in France! Very intrigued to see the impact this finishing period has had on the whiskey…
Heaven’s Door Tennessee Bourbon (70cl, 42%)
The Heaven’s Door range of whiskey have been created by Bob Dylan (yes, actual Bob Dylan, the legendary songwriter) and Marc Bushala (founder of Angel’s Envy Bourbon), made in a church in Tennessee. This expression is made with a mash bill featuring 30% “small grains”, and the spirit is allowed to age for at least 8 years in American oak barrels. The bottle features a design from Dylan’s own wrought ironwork, and the name is of course a reference to his song ‘Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door’.
