Distilled at Caol Ila in 2007, this single malt enjoyed the next 17 years slumbering in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. The cask was cracked open by Signatory in 2025, releasing 677 cask strength bottles, without added colour or chill filtration for its independent Cask Strength Collection.
