Aromas of brambles, red cherry, toasted brioche and amoretti biscuits fill the nose, complemented by notes of cherry Bakewell, dark fruits, marzipan, clove and pink peppercorn throughout the palate.

This limited release from Tomintoul distillery was released to commemorate the distilleries 50th birthday after it was established back in 1965. This particular bottling is unique as they use hand selected casks of whisky from 1965, 1975, 1985, 1995 and 2005, before been melded together and bottled in 2015. Coming in at an impressive 50% and one of only 5230 bottles, this is definitely one for fans of Speyside whisky.
