Glencadam 19 Year Old Ororoso Sherry (70cl, 46%)
A 19 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Glencadam distillery up in the Highland region, which has been treated to an Oloroso Sherry cask finish before bottling at 46% ABV with no additional colouring or chill-filtration. A limited edition release of 6,000 bottles.
Glenmorangie 10 year Old Men Of Tain Presentation Tin (70cl, 40%)
A rather old version of Glenmorangie 10 year old presented in this beautiful tin tube holder. This particular bottle features a sketched drawing of a Stillman on the back of the bottle. There is a small dent to the back of this presentation tin.

An 18 year old Glencadam bottled at 46% with neither chill filtration nor artificial colouring. It can be recognised by its green packaging.
Edradour 10 Year Old 2009 Cask 42 Straight From The Cask (50cl, 57.2%)
Well-sherried Edradour here, release as part of the distillery’s Straight From The Cask series. It was distilled back in February 2009 and left to age in a single sherry butt for 10 years, before being bottled at cask strength in June 2019. 945 bottles were produced, each one with its own little wooden crate, which is wonderful.

Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old Game of Thrones House Baratheon (70cl, 40%)
The limited-edition Scotch you see here is Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old, a Highland stalwart from a distillery that was said to be a favourite of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, and is conveniently situated close to Balmoral Castle. Combined with its proximity to Cairngorms National Park, an area that contains one quarter of Scotland’s native forest and plenty of deer, it’s little wonder that it was paired with House Baratheon, a house with plenty of royal connections and whose sigil features a rampant stag.
Balblair 1999 2nd Release (70cl, 46%)
The second release of 1999 vintage Balblair single malt Scotch whisky replaces the 1997 vintage in their core range. The ace Highland whisky was matured in a combination of American ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish ex-Sherry butts from 1999 (the year people love to party like) until 2014.
Aberfeldy 21 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
Launched in October of 2005, this 21 year old lies at the core of the Aberfeldy range and is something of a flagship for the brand. A superb example of what the distillery can produce.

One of the best Glenmorangie releases of the last ten years, this has recently been discontinued and replaced by the hugely popular ‘Astar’ bottling. A terrific ‘Morangie. We have snapped up as much of the remaining stock as we could get our hands on.

Of course, whilst the exact secrets of its production are known only to our whisky creators, we can tell you that Signet’s melting sweetness and explosive spiciness is, at least in part, caused by our unique roasted ‘chocolate’ barley malt and the ‘designer casks’ made bespoke for Glenmorangie from American white oak. Non chill-filtered
Dalmore 15 Year Old Vintage 2007 bottled 2022 (70cl, 46.5%)
The Dalmore Vintages series combines the finest casks from a single year to create a single malt that embodies the distillery’s character and showcases the skill of its whisky-makers. The second release of whisky in this series includes this 2007 Dalmore that began its life in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and was transferred into a combination of Matusalem, Amoroso and Apostoles sherry casks, and Marsala wine casks, before being married together and bottled in 2022. Aromas of freshly-baked brioche, ginger cake and fondant icing fill the nose, complemented by notes of orange blossom, mandarin, cinnamon, clove, ginger snaps and sugar-dusted pastries throughout the palate.
Timorous Beastie 25 Year Old (70cl, 46.8%)
A 25-year-old marriage of Highland single malts, this limited-edition Timorous Beastie blended malt from Douglas Laing is a sweet, fruity whisky with notes of vanilla, freshly-baked cakes, tangy marmalade and honeycomb.

Invergordon 26 Year Old 1996 cask 900518 Single Cask Series The Red Cask Company (70cl, 53.8%)
Grand stuff from Invergordon, independently bottled by The Red Cask Company, meaning you can expect a generous helping of sherry cask influence here! Distilled in 1996, this single grain Scotch spent the next 26 years maturing, including time in a first-fill ex-oloroso hogshead. A total of 214 cask-strength bottles were released in 2022.

The Glendronach distillery’s core range underwent a shiny redesign in 2024, and here we have its smart new-look 18 Year Old single malt. The Highlander was matured completely in oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía in Spain and boasts an exceptionally rich and fruity sherried profile.

This 11 year old Glendronach single malt was distilled in 2008 and matured in the finest Pedro Ximenez casks before being selected and bottled for the Professional Danish Whisky Retailers.
GlenDronach 2003 13 Year Old (cask 713) Green Welly Stop Exclusive (70cl, 56.5%)
The distillery was rebuilt by Walter Scott in 1852, and although it has changed hands several times over the years (and was even mothballed between 1996 and 2000), it continues today; a firm favourite of Sherry Heads everywhere.
This cask was bottled for popular rural whisky shop The Green Welly Stop.
