Description

Nose: Light and floral initially before salted caramel and barley sugar waltz in.

Palate: The palate is creamy with a pinch of salt followed by butterscotch and a little black pepper.

Finish: Reasonably long with aniseed, white pepper and parma violets.

Overall: A light expression of Jura’s only malt whisky, great salted caramel and pepper notes.
