This Speysider finished its maturation in a single first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead before it was bottled at cask strength, a robust 58.2% ABV. To ensure that remains the case here, this whisky has not undergone any chill-filtration and has no added colour, the vibrant hue you see here is all thanks to that glorious sherry cask!
