Deep, chocolatey Irish whiskey finished in a dark porter cask. This collaboration between Teeling and Dublin-based Dot Brew began with the creation of a whiskey cask finished beer, which in turn supplied the wood to create this beer cask finished whiskey. The resulting malt is full of toffee, vanilla and burnt orange, accompanied by a hint of bitter hops that adds welcome balance and depth.
