Tasting Note
Nose: Corn-on-the-cob with plenty of butter and a light dusting of cinnamon. A thick whack of caramel, too.
Palate: Grilled banana, rum-raisin ice cream, more hot cinnamon notes, followed by a touch of melted dark chocolate.
Finish: Redcurrant and pink peppercorn.
