Nose: Brown bread, summer berry tart with thick, crumbly pastry, a touch of floral malt.
Palate: Pear, apple and white peach. A touch of tart berries. Thyme honey. Peppery oak.
Finish: Lasting Sherry cask influence – particularly dark chocolate bitterness.
