Nose: Stewed apples with cinnamon, allspice and sultanas, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with demerara sugar. Reminiscent of a warm rice pudding!

Palate: Toasted oak and a soft vanilla barley sweetness with notes of milk chocolate and orange zest. A lovely buttery mouth-feel.

Finish: Warming with the soft cinnamon and clove spice gently fading. This is long-lasting with the lingering balance of spice, toasted oak and raisins.
