Nose: A spicy kick of cinnamon and ginger at first, shortly followed by mellowing prune and hot chocolate.

Palate: Dried fruit again, now jammy sultanas and tangy redcurrants, plus a dusting of nutmeg.

Finish: Old oak, toasted teacakes and another hint of chocolate.
