Tasting Note
Nose: Fresh and inviting. Crisp orchard apples, honeydew melon, and a hint of vanilla pod. Light maltiness mingles with soft floral notes—heather and wild thyme—while a trace of toasted oak adds warmth.
Palate: Smooth and well-rounded. Juicy pear and baked apple lead, followed by caramel fudge, a touch of cinnamon, and a gentle spice. Malt sweetness is balanced by a faint nuttiness and subtle citrus peel.
Finish: Medium length, clean and warming. Soft vanilla, honeyed barley, and a delicate spice fade into a gentle oak dryness.
Overall: A charming and approachable Highland malt, combining fresh fruitiness with gentle spice and malt character. Small batch precision with a solid core of balance and subtle complexity.
