Description
Eden Mill Single Malt Limited Release First Bottling No.178 70cl, 47% is a historic Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from Eden Mill Distillery in St Andrews. Released in 2018, this was Eden Mill’s first single malt bottling and is recognised as the first single malt whisky distilled in St Andrews for more than 150 years.
This limited release was distilled in 2014 and bottled at 47%, with only 300 individually numbered bottles produced. The whisky was matured using French and American virgin oak casks, with Pedro Ximénez sherry cask influence adding extra richness and depth.
