Nose: Mature oak joined by earthy vanilla and smoky peat. A whiff of mince pie and shortbread.

Palate: Powerfully peaty, though it doesn’t overwhelm the palate. Mint chocolate, cigar box and a note akin to rancio all appear.

Finish: Long-lasting smokiness.
