Tasting notes
Nose Fruity notes of banana bread, foam banana sweeties, and sweet plantain, with waves of custardy vanilla and peppery oak.
Palate Creamy barley and vanilla welcome the way for Caramac bars and soft, sweet spice. There’s a touch of herbaceous malt beneath, cushioned by silky custard.
Finish White choc chip cookies, a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, and a crackle of pepper.
