Paddy Irish Whiskey (1L, 40%)
A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey produced in Cork and made, unusually, with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt and grain. First produced in 1779, it wasn’t until 1913 that it changed it’s name to Paddy after legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty. Before that it had the rather catchy name of “Cork Distilling Company Map of Ireland Old Irish Whiskey”. Rolls right off the tongue that one.

Jameson Single Pot Still Five Oak Cask Release 70cl, 46%
Jameson Single Pot Still – Five Oak Cask Release is very much one of those whiskeys that does what it says on the tin. It’s a pot still Irish whiskey, made from a grain recipe (or mash bill for our American friends) of malted and unmalted barley, which is triple distilled and then matured in five different barrel types. This includes bourbon and sherry casks, as well as three types of virgin oak, made from Irish, European, and American oak.
