A rich, smoky Caol Ila single malt from indie bottler Signatory, distilled in 2013 and matured for a dozen years in a selection of first-fill oloroso sherry butts and bourbon hogsheads. This is the 65th 100 Proof Edition from Signatory, bottled without added colour or chill filtration at a robust 57.1% ABV.
