Islay’s Bunnahabhain distillery commonly produces unpeated single malt, but not always! Its peated whiskies are given the Staoisha name, and here we have an 11-year-old expression, distilled in 2013 and matured for 11 years in a host of first-fill oloroso sherry butts before it was independently bottled by Signatory for The Decanter Edition.
